Delivery & Order

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge (except DOM-TOM).

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel? With our secure delivery, we will take care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t put the blame on the carrier and let you “manage”. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. Cancellation & Return

Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”.

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by email, our team will do its best to answer your needs!

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
